How is a project priced?
Every build is quoted on what it actually needs, so you never pay for features you will not use. Tell us the goal through the planner and you get a written quote within 24 hours, agreed before any work starts.
How long does a web or app build take?
A focused one-page site can be live in a few days. A typical 5-page business site takes 1-2 weeks from receipt of content. E-commerce stores take 3-5 weeks. Phone apps typically launch in 4-6 weeks across both app stores.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your logo if you have one, any photos, and a short description of what you do. If the words are not written yet, we draft them for your approval before anything is built.
Do you build phone apps as well as websites?
Yes. Phone apps are built once from a single codebase and published to both the App Store and Google Play, so you are not paying for the same work twice. Publishing is handled under your own business accounts.
Who owns the domain and the hosting?
The domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Zyntriax hosts and maintains everything else, which means the server, the security certificate, the updates and the uptime monitoring, so none of that lands on you.
What if we need changes after launch?
Every revision before launch is included. After launch you can either ask for changes as and when you need them, or take a care plan that covers monthly upkeep, security updates and content changes.
Can you look over the site we already have?
Yes. Put the address into the planner and you get an honest assessment of speed, security and whether it is worth improving what is there or starting again.
