Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Who we are
Zyntriax builds websites and phone apps for small businesses. For anything in this policy you can reach us at info@zyntriax.com or on +44 7438 233628. We are the data controller for the information described below.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form, the project planner or the affiliate application, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, business name, current website, and the details of your project or application.
We also receive standard technical information that your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address, device type and the pages you view.
3. How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver work you have asked for, and keep records of the projects we run. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful, and Snitcher to identify the companies visiting the site so we can follow up on business enquiries. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
These are only loaded once you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, or clear your choice, they stay switched off. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
5. Who processes your data
Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics are handled by Google and Snitcher. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms, and some may store data outside the UK.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to 12 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Records relating to paid projects are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require. You can ask us to delete anything sooner where we are not legally obliged to keep it.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@zyntriax.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered straight to our inbox. We apply sensible safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top of the page always shows when it was last revised.
Questions about any of this? Email info@zyntriax.com and a person will answer.
